45 minutes dedicated to your own inner reality.

Without distraction. Without expectation.

You don’t have to have a regular meditation practice to join us, everyone is welcome. This is a safe space for gently training inner stillness, encouraging the mind to slow down and saying hello to your true nature.

At the beginning of each session we will take some time to stretch and release the body before finding comfortable stillness in a seated or laying position.

Guided techniques and silence will follow.

Hatha Yoga mit Sandro

In der 60-minütigen Yogastunde werden wir durch bewußte Übungen aus dem Hatha-Yoga langsam den Körper aktivieren und den Kreislauf in Schwung bringen. Es werden Vorbeugen, Rückbeugen, Drehungen, Dehnungen, Streckungen und Umkehrstellungen in einem ausgeglichenen Verhältnis stehen.

Mach mit! Wegen Corona dürfen zur Einhaltung des Sicherheitsabstandes maximal 5 Schüler*innen die Klassen besuchen. Du musst also vorher einen Platz reservieren. Entweder

Playful Vinyasa Yoga

This class is an invitation to tap into your playfulness. It includes a meditation, Pranayama (breathwork) and a dynamic yoga practice, guided by some of my favourite tunes.

The class is designed to develop balance, flexibility and strength whilst allowing you to explore what feels good to your body.

I am trained in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga and enjoy weaving elements of Kundalini yoga, Qi Kong and other somatic practices through my classes.

Classes are usually taught in English and all levels are welcome. Mats are provided.

Hatha Yoga with Nick
With a focus on steady, stable asanas and transitions, I offer a simple yet challenging practice in the Hatha tradition of yoga.
You can expect a practice with a strong focus on breath connecting balance with movement, or if the feeling in the room calls for a more relaxed and playful practice this will be explored, inviting intuitive movements and pauses throughout to find and express whatever is waiting beneath the surface.

Classes will combine mantra, warm ups, sun salutations, asanas, savasana, pranayama and meditation and run for approximately 90 minutes.
For those with experience, these classes provide the opportunity to deepen the inner journey, finding stability and stillness in asana.
For those new to the practice, these classes offer the chance to develop a strong basis in fundamentals on top of which you can develop.
Pricing: due to the current restrictions on class sizes, I invite participants to contribute €15 to help cover rent costs for the space. You are welcome to contact me directly if this is a barrier as it is important to me that yoga is accessible to all, regardless of financial means.

Körnersport: Bewegung und Entspannung für Groß und Klein

Liebe Nachbarschaft,

der Rücken schmerzt, die Stimmung schwankt? Die beste Medizin dagegen ist Bewegung und Entspannung. Am besten in netter Gesellschaft.

Lasst uns gemeinsam spielen, dehnen, balancieren, lachen, unsere Muskeln trainieren oder meditieren. Alter, Geschlecht, kultureller Hintergrund sind egal. Alle sind herzlich willkommen. Auch wenn ihr schon lange nicht mehr sportlich aktiv wart. Bringt gerne eure Kinder mit.

Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Bequeme Kleidung ist hilfreich! Alles andere ist vorhanden. Ihr werdet durch einen erfahrenen Kursleiter persönlich betreut.

Corona-bedingten Notwendigkeiten

Aufgrund des Sicherheitsabstandes können maximal 5 Teilnehmer_Innen die Klassen besuchen. Deshalb bitte bei Sandro voranmelden per Mail an koernersport@fincan.eu oder ruf an unter 0160 95202665

CONTEMPORARY DANCE FOR BEGINNERS
CLASS DESCRIPTION
Roll on the floor, slide, jump… stop!
Let the movement flow, change the energy, balance and off balance. Follow the music, feel your weight. Breath!
Contemporary Dance is an evolution and a synthesis of different dance and body techniques: modern dance, improvisation, release technique, contact improvisation, yoga elements are at the base of this class. The class starts with a thorough warm up and preparation of the body: stretching, strengthening, mobilization and coordination exercises as well as space and group awareness build the first half of the class. The second half of the class is characterized by small movement sequences and improvisation tasks within the group. The class is specifically built so that one can take part without any particular previous knowledge.
If you feel like dancing, that´s the class for you!
ABOUT ME
I started attending ballet classes at a very young age and after many years my interest shifted towards modern and contemporary dance. I attended two professional dance education programs in Italy (in Milan and Catania) and in 2012 I graduated in SEAD (Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance) . After that I worked with companies in Italy and abroad, and performed in many Festivals and theaters in Europe.
In 2013 I moved to Berlin and started working as a freelance dancer, dance teacher and pilates instructor.
Since 2015 I am member of the dance collective  Grupo Oito.
In my artistic work I´m interested in the relationships between individual and society connected to political and social topics, in the interpersonal relationships and in the human being and his/her inner world.
Teaching is a very important part of my work. In my dance classes my aim is not only to teach dance, but also to give the participants a space where they can meet themselves and others and where they can experience life-themes through dance and movement.
Due to the current situation there is a limited number of participants: max 5 plus 1 teacher.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
1) through URBAN SPORTS CLUB APP: Book the class, check in when you are in the sudio.
Create your own account, then register to the class. If the class is full, you will be on the waiting list and if somebody cancels you will get a notification.
The payment here can happen in three ways:
– click on „Contemporary Dance Single Class – CASH“ and pay from 8 to 15 Euros (how much you can and want) when you come to the class
– click on „Contemporary Dance Single Class – BANK TRANSFER“, choose between 8, 10, 12 and 14 Euros and transfer the money directly.
Yin Yoga und Meditation

Eine schöne Stunde zum Tagesausklang.
Yin Yoga ist eine sanfte Praxis, in der die Positionen mehrere Minuten gehalten werden. Dadurch werden die Faszien gedehnt und das Nervensystem kann runterfahren. Die Klasse endet mit einer Meditation.
Und dann kannst du auf direktem Weg ins Bett 🙂
Bringe dir am besten warme Sachen und eine Decke mit, damit du es schön gemütlich und warm hast.

Wegen der Corona-Krise dürfen wegen des Sicherheitsabstandes nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Schüler*innen die Klassen besuchen. Du musst also vorher einen Platz reservieren, entweder über Fitogram

Hatha Morning Flow mit Lena

Für alle Early Birds unter euch! Vom Bett auf die Matte! Wir wecken den Körper sanft und achtsam um schließlich voller Energie und guter Laune in den Freitag zu starten. Diese Klasse basiert auf den Grundlagen des klassischen Hatha Yogas. Wir starten mit einer kleinen Anfangsentspannung und Pranayama, begrüßen die Sonne mit dem Surya Namaskar und fließen weiter hindurch bis zur kleinen Endmeditation, danach starten wir voller Gelassenheit und Ruhe in den Tag!

Yoga Explore mit Ana

THE CLASS

A fun and focusing way to start the day! This class is based around the six basic movement types present in a Hatha Yoga session: backbends, forward folds, twists, inversions, side angle stretches and balancing postures. I will guide you through a creative and playful sequence of postures as well as relaxations, pranayama and meditation.

Due to the intimate class size there will also be space for you to explore alone, ask questions and seek support in taking your practice deeper.

Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced student this is your chance to take your yoga practice to the next level.

Our aim is not only to build strength and flexibility but to learn to move with deeper self-awareness, to meet our mental and physical edge with equanimity and to turn inwards, finding a sense of peace which we can take off the mat into our every-day lives.

My background is in classic Hatha Yoga but I enjoy incorporating exercises from many yoga traditions. In the end what matters is not the type of yoga we practice but the openness and spirit of exploration we take to the study of well-being.

DEEP YOGA mit Anna

DEEP YOGA mit Anna

This class is for anyone who wants to take their yoga practice a little deeper, training peace of mind and physical strength.  As such it is not suitable for complete beginners. You don’t have to be an advanced practitioner of the asanas (no need to be able to stand on your head with your toes in your ears!) but you should be familiar with some basic pranayama exercises and the sun salutation, as these will not be explained in depth.

Fundamentally this class is an opportunity for all of us to research deeper into our own bodies and minds, thematising subjects such as love, surrender and strength. I will be your guide, holding the space, leading relaxations and suggesting exercises but there will also be room to enjoy silence and your own self-led practice.

As always this class will combine physical practice, breath work, relaxation and meditation.
