Vinyasa Flow is based on the dynamic and flowing Ashtanga Yoga, combining powerful exercises with conscious breathing techniques.

Elements of Hatha Yoga are added into the classes.

Vinyasa Flow is designed to you to develop strength, flexibility, balance and concentration.

The flows and asanas are adjusted to the individual strengths of the participants.

The course is open to everyone – mats are available.

Classes are tought in English, alternately by Sandra and John.
