This playful Vinyasa class is open to all levels. In Vinyasa Yoga we connect body, mind and spirit through the synchronisation of breath and movement.
The class is a combination of Pranayama (breathing exercises), warm ups, a playful sequence of asanas and final deep relaxation. It’s designed to develop balance, flexibility and strength.
Carolin is trained in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga and enjoys weaving elements of Kundalini yoga, Qi Kong and other somatic practices through her classes.
Classes are usually taught in English and all levels are welcome. Modifications and hands on assists are offered. Mats are provided.
