This online session focuses on the breath and aims at releasing tension in the physical body. We start with an extended breathwork session of about 20 minutes. I will be guiding you through each step. We continue with a warm-up and some simple asanas that you can easily follow from the comfort of your home. You only need a mat or a rug on the floor for this practice. The session ends with a guided meditation.

  • Shortly before the class I will send you the link for the session by mail. In the mail I will also send you further information about payment options (8-14€ per class, via Paypal or bank transfer).
  • Zoom works on all Apple, Android or Windows devices. Ideally, you turn your camera on so that I can see you as well, but it also works without.
