This meditation practice is breath focused. The approach is very simple:

I will simply guide you to breath deep and full breaths in a rhythm that works for you. Bringing full conscious awareness to  the breath allows us to let go of a lot of mental clutter and give space to the internal processes that are waiting and needing to happen. Sometimes the experience is profoundly peaceful and relaxing. Sometimes it can be emotional or detoxing. You may be laying down or seated and should always feel comfortable and safe.

Due to the ongoing pademic this class is currenly only available online. Please book and pay for the class in advance.

  • Please make sure that you have a quiet and safe enviroment to practice in (tell family, housemates etc. not to disturb you!)
  • Make sure you have somewhere soft but firm to lay down (a thick yoga mat or camping mat is ideal)
  • Make sure you have a blanket and are warmly dressed.
  • Have something soft  but not thick to lay your head on for example a folded blanket or flat pillow.
  • It would also be great if you have an eye mask that you can wear during the practice to minimise discrtarions
  • Make sure you can clearly hear my voice and have stable interenet.
