45 minutes dedicated to your own inner reality.

Without distraction. Without expectation.

You don’t have to have a regular meditation practice to join us, everyone is welcome. This is a safe space for gently training inner stillness, encouraging the mind to slow down and saying hello to your true nature.

At the beginning of each session we will take some time to stretch and release the body before finding comfortable stillness in a seated or laying position.

Guided techniques and silence will follow.

Due to the corona crisis we are only able to offer classes to a very small number of students at a time. This class is therefore restricted to 5 students meaning you need to register in advance to ensure a spot! Please also note that due to the corona crisis we have some strict hygiene rules we ask you to please follow:

  • Please bring your own yoga mat
  • Please come dressed in your yoga gear (we no longer have a changing room)
  • Please bring your own water/tee (we can no longer offer these)
  • Please maintain your distance to other students and wear a face mask on entering and leaving the Fincan.
  • Please use the disinfectant provided
  • Please do not come if you have any symptoms of illness


Note on price: Due to the low number of attendees I am asking for you to please between 10-14 Euros/class based on how much you feel you can afford.
