Compact 60 minute dynamic class perfect for your lunch break. The class is based on the Vinyasa yoga style connecting your body, mind and spirit through the synchronisation of breath and movement.
The class is designed for you to develop balance, flexibility and strength through a dynamic sequence of asanas (poses).
Also expect to relax through pranayama (breathing) exercises, chanting and final deep relaxation.
Carolin teaches in English and all levels are welcome. Modifications and hands on assists are offered.
