Start the week right with a disciplined focus and a bit of fire found through Ashtanga!
In this class we will explore the first half of the Ashtanga primary series, focusing on standing and balance asanas.
For those with an Ashtanga practice, this will provide an opportunity to develop a deeper connection with the inner focus, with particular attention to drishti.
For those with a yoga practice yet new to Ashtanga, this is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in something new and perhaps find another passion!
As the Ashtanga practice is quite strong, I would advise those new to yoga to consider joining the Sunday night Hatha practice, or any of the other practices on offer through the Fincan.
