A healthy and active start into the weekend!

This 75-minute class begins with grounding meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by a warm-up and sun salutations, standing and balancing yoga poses, then ends with stretching and final relaxation.

We gently flow with the breath, focus on the correct alignment of postures, improve strength & flexibility and take time to play and explore.

The class incorporates yogic philosophy and works with the Chakra system.

Classes can be taught in English or German. All levels welcome!

Prise: 8-14 Euro (by self-assessment)
