Set a wholesome end to your working week with a 75 minute gentle Vinyasa class. In Vinyasa we connect body, mind and spirit through the synchronisation of breath and movement.
The class is a combination of Pranayama (breathing exercises), warm ups, a dynamic sequence of asanas, final deep relaxation and chanting. It’s designed for you to develop balance, flexibility and strength.
Carolin teaches in English and all levels are welcome. Modifications and hands on assists are offered.
